Individual Counseling
Online only, this is designated for individuals to process and explore their thoughts. Typically, meetings are weekly or bi-weekly. Sliding scale is available upon request. Parent consultations are required for minors.

Online only, this time will be spent improving your communication, resolving conflict, and strengthening the bond between partners.

Family Counseling
Online, this session will help navigate complex dynamics. Offering a collaborative and holistic approach to healing and growth. This includes adolescent/activity therapy. Parent consultations are required for sessions with minors.

Outpatient Eating Disorder Treatment
Online only, this session provides comprehensive support and care for individuals struggling with ED. Addressing underlying factors such as: body image distress, perfectionism, OCD, BPD, and/or trauma.

We are self-pay.
As an associate, we cannot accept insurance. However, we can provide a superbill. A superbill is a detailed invoice or receipt for healthcare services rendered, typically used for insurance reimbursement purposes.
